Spanyi International Inc. was established in 1991.
We pride ourselves in assisting client organizations in adopting a customer-focused approach to executing strategy and building economic value.
Our approach can best be described as systemic.
Each assignment is viewed in the "eyes of the customer" first and foremost to establish context and assist in quantifying results.
We take more of a facilitative, as opposed to a prescriptive approach, in order to leverage the energy and commitment of client organizations and we carry out assignments objectively adhering to a strong code of ethics.

Organizations should be designed, led and managed such that it is easy for the customer to do business with the company and create an environment that facilitates the efforts of employees in serving customers.

Creating focus begins with strategy – and strategy begins with the customer. This requires a clear statement of strategic direction - not buzzwords, jargon, or platitudes, and by definition involves a series of tough choices.
